Key Responsibilities

• Inspect production components visually to identify defects
• Measure parts using precision instruments such as micrometers, calipers, indicators, depth micrometers, and gauge pins
• Interpret and verify dimensions based on engineering drawings and specifications
• Ensure products meet strict quality and tolerance requirements
• Accurately document inspection results and maintain records
• Follow detailed written and verbal instructions
• Work closely with production teams to maintain quality standards

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Strong knowledge of metrology equipment and proper measurement techniques
• Basic math skills and ability to use a calculator
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow detailed instructions with minimal supervision
• Fluent in English with good communication skills
