Key Responsibilities

• Verify that all lot codes and “best by” dates on raw ingredients match production work orders
• Perform verification and release checks prior to the start of production runs
• Conduct hourly quality checks during production
• Inspect finished goods to ensure quality and compliance standards are met
• Perform inventory counts on quality-related materials
• Verify cleanliness by conducting visual inspections and required testing
• Assist with cleaning and sanitation procedures
• Support production team as needed

Schedule Requirements

• Must train on 1st shift for at least one month
• Must be able to transition to 2nd shift after training
• Must be willing to work 3rd shift as needed (a few days per month, with potential for regular 3rd shift in the future)

Requirements

• Must be fluent in Spanish and English (read and speak)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to follow strict quality and food safety procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Knowledge of the food industry is a plus, but not required

• Food production environment with strict hygiene standards

• Required attire and guidelines:

  • Non-slip shoes
  • Long pants only
  • Hair must be tied back
