Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of approximately 3 internal employees and 5–10 temporary staff
• Coordinate and schedule appointments for repairs (e.g., guitars, computers, tablets, and other customer items)
• Communicate directly with customers and clients to resolve issues and provide updates
• Travel to and manage 5–10 client locations on a weekly basis
• Create labor plans and maintain labor logs
• Organize and manage multiple customer files and service requests
• Perform problem-solving and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure quality and efficiency of cleaning and service operations
• Use computer systems for tracking, scheduling, and reporting

Requirements

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish (speaking and reading)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Leadership experience or ability to supervise teams
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using computers for scheduling, tracking, and documentation
• Ability to travel locally to multiple client sites
