Key Responsibilities

• Perform shipping and receiving duties, including handling incoming and outgoing shipments
• Process orders and enter data using UPS and/or FedEx systems
• Prepare shipping documentation and labels accurately
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records
• Use Microsoft Office (including Outlook) for communication and tracking
• Support general warehouse operations as needed
• Ensure all work is completed with attention to detail and accuracy

Requirements

• Previous shipping and receiving experience required
• Experience with UPS and/or FedEx shipping systems
• Strong data entry and keyboarding skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Must be dependable with excellent attendance
• Must have reliable transportation (no public transportation available)
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
