Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, modify, and repair tools, dies, and fixtures to support production
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to improve tooling efficiency and manufacturability
• Inspect finished tools and dies using precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy
• Maintain and repair tooling to support continuous production operations
• Keep detailed records of tool builds, modifications, and repairs
• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards within the manufacturing environment

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Tool & Die Maker or similar precision machining role
• Strong understanding of machining and fabrication techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
