Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and handle small, fragile medical instruments with care
• Wipe down and clean instruments prior to packaging
• Use microscopes to inspect components for quality and accuracy
• Remove protective tip guards and replace as required
• Verify product details including logo, item number, and markings
• Reference master samples and product catalogs to ensure accuracy
• Build boxes and prepare packaging materials
• Package products in plastic bags or foam-lined boxes with instructions
• Label finished products accurately
• Enter production steps and data into a computer system
• Conduct daily cycle counts, verifying lot numbers and serial numbers 1–3 times per day
• Stock finished goods into inventory or overstock as needed
• Fold and include instruction materials with packaged items
• Train to perform final inspection and approval of products prior to shipment

Requirements

• Excellent attention to detail and strong hand-eye coordination
• Good vision and ability to work under a microscope
• Comfortable performing repetitive, intricate work
• Basic computer skills for data entry and tracking
• Ability to follow visual references and detailed instructions
• Strong organizational skills
• Previous experience in assembly, packaging, or medical device work is a plus
