Join a family-owned medical supply distributor that has been serving hospitals and clinics throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Long Island for over 50 years. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a combination of warehouse responsibilities and occasional local deliveries. The company is seeking a dependable team member to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and verify inventory.
• Prepare and ship orders using UPS and FedEx systems.
• Label, pack, and organize medical supply products.
• Operate a propane-powered Caterpillar sit-down forklift.
• Use pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
• Perform inventory and warehouse organization duties.
• Make occasional deliveries of medical supplies and equipment using a company van.
• Follow all company procedures regarding product handling and shipping.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience required.
• Sit-down forklift experience required.
• Experience with shipping and receiving.
• Familiarity with UPS and FedEx shipping systems is preferred but can be trained.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
• Comfortable driving a company cargo/extended van independently.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the workday.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic.

Work Environment

• Fast-paced warehouse setting.
• Medical supply distribution.
• Majority of deliveries are within Northern New Jersey.
• Occasional deliveries to nearby vendor locations.
• Cleanliness, organization, and accuracy are extremely important.
