ustomer Service Representative Job Summary:
Express Employment is looking to hire an Customer Service Representative in the various areas throughout Tulare and Kings County. This is considered an Administrative position. Customer service representatives help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns. By helping customers understand the product and answering questions about their reservations, they are sometimes seen as having a role in sales.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with complaints and questions.
- Provide customers with information about products and services.
- Take orders and process returns/credits.
- Answering High volume phone calls.
- Interacting with customers via phone, email, and social media to ensure all customer questions and concerns are being delt with immediately.
Schedule & Pay:
- Full-Time – Monday thru Friday – 8am to 5pm.
- Pay: $15-$17/hr.
- Evaluation to Hire.
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or equivalent.
· 1-2 years in office administration or an office setting.
· Proficient computer and typing skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
