Position Overview

A local, well-established organization is seeking a dependable, self-motivated Customer Service & Sales Associate to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable speaking with customers, and takes initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

• Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Monday
• Flexible scheduling required
• Additional hours may be available as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective clients
• Answer incoming calls and follow up on leads to convert inquiries into rentals/sales
• Assist customers with questions, availability, and service options
• Maintain a professional and welcoming front-office environment
• Support daily administrative and office tasks
• Take initiative to assist with operations and identify ways to help throughout the day

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and sales experience required
• Comfortable speaking with customers and building rapport
• Dependable, reliable, and punctual
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Willingness to ask questions and learn quickly
• Flexible with scheduling
