Assembly Worker
Job Summary
Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring Assembly Workers for a great company in Visalia, CA. This is a full-time, temporary opportunity with multiple shifts available. No previous experience is required—paid training will be provided!
Available Shifts
- 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (40 hours per week)
- 3rd Shift: 9:30 PM – 5:30 AM
Job Duties
- Assemble small electronic components, including diodes.
- Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards.
- Use good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to perform repetitive assembly tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work safely while meeting production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Basic math skills, including adding and subtracting decimals.
- Ability to read and use measuring tools such as calipers and understand tolerances.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
