We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Full-Time Cleaner to join our team!
Pay:
Job Responsibilities:
- Clean and prepare vacant residential units for new occupants
- Clean and maintain five office locations
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize assigned areas
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Restock cleaning supplies as needed
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns
- Ensure all work is completed to company cleanliness standards
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required)
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical cleaning tasks throughout the day
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred
