Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician for a local apartment community. This position will provide general maintenance and repairs across 200+ apartment units.
Responsibilities
- Perform general apartment maintenance and repairs.
- Complete light plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC repairs.
- Handle handyman tasks including changing light fixtures, hanging doors/blinds, replacing toilet parts, and drywall repairs.
- Perform appliance repairs and general upkeep.
- Use basic hand tools to complete maintenance tasks.
- Complete service paperwork, invoices, and maintenance records.
- Maintain a professional and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Experience with:
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- A/C repairs
- Painting
- Drywall repair
- Appliance repair
- General handyman work
- Ability to use basic hand tools.
- Must have reliable transportation (truck preferred).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to read, write, and complete paperwork.
