Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Production Manager for a reputable door and window manufacturing facility. The Production Manager will oversee all aspects of daily production operations, ensuring that output goals are consistently achieved while maintaining product quality and operational efficiency. This role requires hands-on experience in a door and window factory environment, along with a strong understanding of production workflows, automated systems, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and hold production staff accountable for meeting performance and quality expectations.

Oversee and manage daily production schedules to ensure on-time completion of manufacturing goals.

Monitor and optimize automated production line operations, with a focus on consistency and reliability.

Ensure a smooth, continuous production flow while upholding quality and safety standards.

Quickly identify and resolve any production-related issues to minimize downtime or defects.

Provide effective leadership and direction to production teams, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.

Implement and maintain best practices for operational efficiency and quality control.

Oversee equipment functionality and coordinate maintenance as necessary.
Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience in a door and window manufacturing environment is required.

Proven track record in production or operations management within a manufacturing setting.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Proficient in reading and writing to support communication and technical understanding.
