Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a part-time Customer Service Rep! The Customer Service Representative serves as a key point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring exceptional support, strong relationships, and effective communication. This role collaborates closely with internal teams, supports customer-facing initiatives, and acts as a trusted resource for company products and services in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers

Manage, monitor, and communicate updates related to customer support tickets

Proactively identify and address customer needs to ensure high levels of satisfaction

Represent the voice of the customer in internal meetings

Support customer-facing change management initiatives

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in internal tools and tracking systems

Clearly communicate company vision, services, and solutions

Serve as a knowledgeable resource for customers, including product demonstrations

Identify opportunities to support service growth and adoption of new products
Qualifications

Strong aptitude for technology-based solutions

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Ability to manage deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment

SaaS experience is a plus
