Express Employment Professionals is partnered with a well-established manufacturing and distribution client in Centennial, CO to find an Aftermarket Parts Specialist. This role is the primary point of contact for HVAC trade customers needing parts, equipment, and support. The ideal candidate enjoys customer service, is detail-oriented, and is comfortable working in a warehouse and office/counter-sales environment.
Duties / Highlights:
- Assist HVAC customers in person and by phone with parts and equipment needs
- Identify, select, and recommend correct replacement parts and solutions
- Receive, inspect, and inventory parts using ERP software
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and on time
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse and counter area
- Support service technicians with parts orders and work orders
- Build strong customer relationships through knowledgeable, friendly service
What We Look For:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience in HVAC parts, wholesale parts, or related industry preferred
- Ability to lift 25+ lbs, climb ladders, and operate a forklift
- Valid driver’s license
- Comfortable using computer systems (Excel experience a plus)
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Willingness to complete background check and drug screen
