Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is now hiring for a Customer Service Representative in Colorado Springs! The CSR is responsible for being a frontline position for a small manufacturing company. You will be the first-point-of-contact and director of first impressions for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering incoming phone calls from customers and potential customers
- Support customers with order support, process payments and provide insight on available products
- Recommend additional products and services available for maximum upselling outcomes
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications
- One or more years of experience in a Customer Service or Office Support role
- Proactive thinker with enthusiasm for technology and AI solutions
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Work Environment
- Onsite/non-remote position, office environment
- May require lifting up to 25lbs
