Key Responsibilities:

Play a key role in maximizing dealership profitability through effective upselling and contract management while providing exception service to customers.

Manage the entire F&I process, including loan approval, credit analysis and contract preparation .

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, finance, and operations) to align contract terms with operational and compliance objectives.

Provide presentation to customers of financing options, extended warranties and insurance products
-
Support internal and external audits by ensuring full contract documentation and compliance.

Negotiate with lenders and customers on loan terms.
Qualifications:
-
Proven Experience in Automotive or Powersports dealership finance and/or sales roles

2+ years in Finance & Insurance preferred
- Solid knowledge of dealership operations, sales, upselling, and negotiation techniques with previous success within.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast paced work environment.
