Compensation: $12.00 – $14.00 per hour
Position Type: Full-Time
Core Responsibilities
- Unload incoming shipments and load outbound trucks safely and efficiently
- Verify incoming deliveries against invoices and inspect products for damage or shortages
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Organize inventory and maintain accurate product labeling
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, shrink-wrap machines, and forklifts (when certified)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
- 1+ years of previous warehouse experience
- Pass background and drug screening
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse setting
- Forklift experience is a plus
