Express Employment Professionals seek an experienced and dependable Forklift Operator / Order Puller who enjoys being organized and keeping warehouse operations running smoothly and play a key role in inventory management, order fulfillment, and warehouse efficiency.
Compensation: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
Position Type: Full-Time
Core Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload trucks, trailers, and shipments
- Pull inventory and fulfill customer orders accurately
- Transport products throughout the warehouse using forklifts and material handling equipment
- Stack, store, and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations
- Conduct routine forklift inspections and report maintenance concerns
- Package, wrap, label, and prepare products for shipment
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory movement
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
- Collaborate with warehouse and supply chain teams to maintain inventory accuracy
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and maintain a hazard-free work environment
Qualifications & Requirements
- 1+ years of previous forklift operating experience required
- Forklift certification preferred
- Pass background and drug screening
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to safely lift and move heavy materials
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience pulling orders and working from inventory racks
- Basic computer or tablet skills preferred
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
- Ability to stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods
- Ability to read and follow safety guidelines and operational procedures
