Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals seek an experienced General Laborer to support construction cleaning and site maintenance activities. This role is essential in maintaining a safe, clean, and organized job site throughout the duration of a long-term construction project.
Compensation: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Project Duration: Approximately 1 year
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general construction cleaning duties throughout the job site
- Remove debris, dust, and materials to maintain site safety and cleanliness
- Use tools such as wheelbarrows, brooms, rakes, and gas blowers
- Assist with basic construction-related tasks as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Requirements
- Previous construction or construction cleaning experience required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Pass background and drug screening
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good communication skills
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed
