Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals seeks a Front Desk Representative who will serve as the welcoming face of our client’s organization. This position is ideal for a mature, levelheaded individual who values professionalism and enjoys interacting with people in a respectful and courteous manner.
This role may be an excellent fit for retirees, retired military personnel, veterans, former public service professionals, or anyone seeking a stable weekday schedule in a professional office environment.
Compensation: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and route incoming phone calls
- Provide information and assistance to visitors and callers
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with scheduling, filing, and general administrative support
- Communicate effectively with staff, customers, and visitors
- Help ensure smooth day-to-day front office operations
Qualifications
- 1+ years of previous receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative experience
- Pass background and drug screening
- Valid Driver’s License
- Reliable transportation
- Basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply

- Organized and detail-oriented
- Reliable with strong attendance habits
- Comfortable interacting with a diverse group of people
- Able to multitask while maintaining excellent customer service
- A positive representative of the organization
