Location: Bloomington, IL
Full-Time | $90,000 – $125,000/year

Your role with the company:
The Controller will train, mentor, and assist a team of around 8 people. They will oversee all accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger. They will also manage period-end, prepare and present accurate financial statements, forecasts, and analysis for executive leadership. The Controller will be a partner with the leadership team to drive budgeting and cash flow management.
Background Profile:
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA preferred
· 10+ years of accounting experience
· Strong leadership and communication skills
· Sage experience is a plus
