We are seeking an experienced and bilingual 2nd Shift Lead to join our team! If you have over 3 years of leadership experience and forklift operation, we want to hear from you. Schedule: 2:15PM-10:45PM +Overtime can work up to 12:30am *MUST HAVE PRVIOUS EXPERIENCE*
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the 2nd shift team to achieve production goals and maintain quality standards.
- Coordinate daily tasks, manage team performance, and ensure efficiency on the production floor.
- Ensure safe and effective operation of forklifts and equipment.
- Provide ongoing guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Monitor shift operations and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and production goals.
- Enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
- Report production metrics and address any production or team issues.
- Be flexible with overtime hours as needed to meet production demands.
Requirements:
- Must have 3+ years of forklift experience.
- Must have 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
- Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Must be flexible and willing to work overtime as needed.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to motivate and lead a team while maintaining a positive work environment.
- Strong commitment to safety and process improvement.
