Job Full Description
We are currently seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as 3rd Shift Paint Line Operators. In this role, you will be responsible for feeding, cutting, inspecting, and handling parts as they move through the paint booth process. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment offering excellent growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:

Feed, cut, and inspect parts on the paint line

Follow all safety, quality, and production requirements and procedures

Learn and perform repetitive job tasks efficiently

Maintain clean and organized workstations
-
Follow Standard Work documentation and processes
-
Meet or exceed production rates and standards
Requirements:
-
Must be at least 18 years of age
-
High school diploma or GED required
-
Must speak and understand English
-
Manufacturing or Machine Operator experience preferred

Ability to stand, bend, twist, squat, and kneel for extended periods
-
Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
-
Willingness to work overtime when needed
