Job Full Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Returns Associate/Quality Inspector to join a growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transfer or upload software to electronic devices as needed
- Remove programs from devices according to internal procedures
- Accurately record and log device data into inventory systems
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail during all data entry tasks
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for handling and processing returned items
- Handle devices carefully to prevent damage
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Qualifications:
- Basic IT knowledge or familiarity with software installations is preferred
- Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Comfortable working with computers and electronic devices
- Dependable, punctual, and organized
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling returned goods or electronic devices
- Familiarity with inventory systems or device configuration tools
