Job Full Description
We are seeking experienced Valve Assemblers to assemble small hydraulic valve components. This hands-on role requires attention to detail, ability to follow technical instructions, and strong mechanical aptitude.
Key Responsibilities
-
Assemble hydraulic valves using small parts with precision
-
Read and interpret work instructions, production orders, BOMs, blueprints, and quality plans
-
Use fixed and variable measuring tools (calipers, gauges, rulers, etc.)

Retrieve components, package, and label finished products
-
Perform order count checks for accuracy
-
Operate pneumatic/power tools, hand tools, torque wrenches, and test equipment
-
Perform routine cleaning & basic machine maintenance
-
Safely operate an overhead crane and conduct lifting safety checks
Qualifications
-
3–5 years experience in a production or assembly environment
-
Ability to read, write, comprehend, and speak English
-
Strong math skills and ability to read a ruler
-
Must be able to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions

Manual dexterity and ability to work with small parts
-
Experience with overhead cranes a plus
