A fast-paced local company is looking for a versatile Office Administrator who thrives when working independently. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional who can wear many hats, move quickly, and manage real-time data entry to keep the office running smoothly.
Your Responsibilities

Manage and send out invoices in a timely manner to ensure consistent cash flow

Enter customer orders into the system in real-time to prevent any logistics delays

Organize and maintain data across QuickBooks, Excel, Google Drive, and Cloud storage

Assist with filing, managing inventory records, and general office organization

Support the Office Manager with additional administrative duties as needed

Remain at a desk for the entirety of the shift to handle incoming digital tasks
What We Are Looking For

Strong proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and Google Drive

Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision

Ability to multitask and switch between administrative projects quickly

Intermediate to advanced computer skills for managing cloud-based data

A proactive mindset and the reliability to handle sensitive financial documentation
