Responsibilities

Fabricate build and repair lightweight and heavyweight conveyor belts

Install and vulcanize belts and various conveyor components

Read work orders to accurately measure cut splice and assemble belting materials

Receive and verify incoming materials to ensure order accuracy

Maintain an organized shop area and follow all safety protocols

Work collaboratively with the team to meet production goals
Requirements

Strong mechanical aptitude and high attention to detail

Ability to read measurements and perform basic math calculations

Comfortable using hand tools and working in a physical fabrication environment

Willingness to work overtime or weekends when needed to meet customer demand

Ability to stand for long periods and handle heavy belting materials
