We're looking for a dependable Office & Warehouse Clerk who enjoys a variety of responsibilities and isn't afraid to jump in where needed. This role combines office administration, customer service, inventory tracking, and hands-on warehouse support, making it perfect for someone who likes staying busy and being an important part of the team.
Responsibilities
- Take and place customer orders
- Maintain accurate inventory records and spreadsheets
- Assist with scheduling and administrative tasks
- Support Accounts Receivable and other office functions
- Utilize Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and phone communication
- Help with picking, packing, and unloading trucks when needed
- Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Assist with the transition to a new ERP system (training provided)
Qualifications
- Intermediate computer skills required
- Experience with Microsoft Office and spreadsheets
- Customer service experience required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in both office and warehouse environments
- Willingness to assist with warehouse duties as needed
- Ability to lift and move products when required
