Our client, a medical device company in Fishers, IN has asked us to help them find a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between the company and its current customer base concerning all non-technical issues, forwarding uncommon situations to appropriate parties. You will maintain customer service accounts, open and close work orders, enter data regarding service calls, dispatch field personnel, and handle other responsibilities related to daily service activities.
Pay/Salary, Hours/Shift, and Benefits:
- Pay/Salary: $21.65 to $24.05 per hour
- Hours/Shift: Full-time, standard business hours

What will you do as a Customer Service Representative?
- Answer incoming customer calls
- Open and update work orders as necessary
- Provide billable quotes when needed and process Tech Support payments
- Manage Customer Care Center voicemail & text messages
- Handle messages from service voicemail and route appropriately
- Respond to service email requests
- Manage service dashboards (Installs, Billing, Dispatch)
- Manage SAP daily parts orders
- Maintain and close all unscheduled aging work orders and cases
- Maintain customer master records in the enterprise system (warranty dates, installation and equipment removal, etc.)
- Process credits/debts as needed
- Process customer supply orders
- Maintain customer files including new accounts
- Provide administrative support to service management
- Work with other departments as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
What qualifications will you have as a Customer Service Representative?
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years customer service and/or sales experience
- Type at least 40-50 WPM (preferred)
- Experience with SAP enterprise application software (preferred)
- Working knowledge of Word and Excel
