Job Full Description
We are currently hiring Two Apartment Turn and Grounds Maintenance Technicians for a property management company in Carmel, IN. They need two people to help cover some peak work through July, and they will consider extending offers to workers who are great fits and work out well.
In this role, you'll need excellent attention to detail, a "can-do" attitude, flexibility, and the ability to follow work instructions. You also will need to be able to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently and work indoors and outdoors
Hours: Monday thru Friday 8:00 AM—5:00 PM
Pay: $20.00 Per Hour
What will you be doing as an Apartment Turn and Grounds Maintenance Technician?
- Apartment turn overs and make ready - minor repairs such as light fixtures/light bulbs, faucets, outlets, carpet, door trim, etc. NO painting or cleaning.
- Grounds maintenance such as pruning, weeding, picking up trash, arranging pool furniture, etc.
- Working indoors and outdoors in the heat.
- You must be punctual and on time because work is scheduled and must be complete within project time frames.
- You must have reliable transportation as you will drive between properties in Carmel. You will be reimbursed for mileage.
