In-office preferred (collaborative office space is available)
Compensation:
135 basis points per closed loan with incentives up to 150 basis points per closed loan
Annual Potential: $75,000 - $200,000+ -- 
earning potential is unlimited, depending on performance

We have been retained by a well-established correspondent lender in the Indianapolis area who is seeking a driven, licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) to join its experienced and collaborative team. With over two decades of industry success, this firm offers a unique blend of autonomy, support, and flexibility—ideal for originators who want to grow their own book of business without the constraints of a lead-generation model.

 

Our client will hire you directly onto their team.

 

What You Will Do

  • Originate residential mortgage loans through your own network and marketing efforts
  • Manage the loan process from application to closing with full autonomy
  • Leverage a trusted pool of appraisers and streamlined operations
  • Collaborate with seasoned processors and leadership in a transparent, open-door environment

What We Are Looking For

  • Active NMLS license (Indiana required; Florida a plus)
  • Proven track record in mortgage origination (ideally $5MM–$15MM annually)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong self-starting ability
  • Comfortable working independently and navigating unique client situations
  • All personality types welcome—rainmakers encouraged!
