Our client in Fishers, is looking for a Mechanical Assembler to join their team.
Location: Indianapolis, IN 46256 (Fisher's area)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Pay: $22-25 an hour
Position Duties:

Assemble shot blasting equipment, reclaimers, dust collectors, and miscellaneous sub-assemblies using written procedures and engineering drawings.

Inspect and test finished products and sub-assemblies to ensure quality standards.

Report material shortages and documentation errors to the supervisor.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workstation.

Apply independent judgment when procedures are not fully defined
Skills and Experience:
-
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and electrical schematics.

Proficient with a wide variety of hand, power, and measuring tools.

Understanding of electrical assemblies and mechanical systems.

Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and safety.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Must own commonly used hand tools and measuring devices.

Willingness to learn and apply new knowledge.
