Job Full Description
We have been asked by a client in Noblesville, IN to help them find an Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist.
In this role you will support both the AP and AR for a building project management company. This position requires someone who is organized, adaptable, and able to manage both payables and receivables responsibilities.
Pay, Hours, and Benefits:
- Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
- Hours/Shift: Full-time, office-based
- Contract-to-hire

What will you do as an AP / AR Specialist?
- Process miscellaneous AP tasks such as vendor inquiries, payment requests, and reconciliations
- Support AP workflows and assist with issue resolution
- Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time
- Maintain AR aging and follow up on outstanding balances
- Assist with month-end closing tasks for AP and AR
- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors/customers as needed
What qualifications will you have as an AP/AR Specialist?
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable preferred

Previous experience in both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel

Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
