Job Full Description
We have been asked by a client in Noblesville to help them find a Customer Service Representative. Our client provides athletic items to sports teams and, in this role, you will provide exceptional support to customers, manage inquiries, and ensure a smooth experience for athletic and sports-related clients.
Pay & Benefits:
- Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 annually, depending on experience
- Hours/Shift: Full-time, Monday–Friday, on-site
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and PTO
- This is a direct hire placement.
What will you do as a Customer Service Representative?
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Process orders and ensure timely delivery
- Resolve issues and escalate complex problems when necessary
- Maintain strong relationships with athletic departments and sports teams
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction
What qualifications will you have as a Customer Service Representative?
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in customer service or related field
- Attention to detail and a positive, service-oriented attitude
