Job Full Description
We have been asked by a client in Carmel, IN to help them find an Apartment Turn Assistant. In this role you will assist with apartment turnovers and make-ready tasks, including minor repairs and some groundskeeping, ensuring units are prepared for new residents.
Pay, Hours, and Benefits
- Pay: $20.00 per hour
- Hours/Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
- All personal protective equipment and tools provided by the company
What will you do as an Apartment Turn Assistant?
- Perform apartment turnovers and make-ready tasks
- Complete minor repairs (light fixtures, bulbs, faucets, outlets, carpet, door trim, etc.)
- Assist with groundskeeping as needed
- Work both indoors and outdoors
- Follow work instructions and maintain attention to detail
What qualifications will you have as an Apartment Turn Assistant?
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
- Strong attention to detail and a “can-do” attitude
- Flexibility and ability to follow instructions
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
- Reliable and punctual
