About the Role:
As an Employment Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in helping good people find good jobs and helping the companies in Hamilton County Indiana find exceptional talent.
As the link between our client companies and our workers, the Employment Specialist is a critical player in our office. You will conduct sales calls and interview candidates on a daily basis, while filling job orders with urgency, and following up with clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction.

What You'll Do:
- Find the Perfect Fit for Clients and Candidates: Take quality job orders, ensuring they are fillable based on candidate availability and client timelines.
- Recruit and Retain Candidates: Interview and maintain a qualified pool of candidates, ensuring we have qualified people to meet the short and long-term employment needs of our clients.
- Put People to Work: Engage in weekly and daily sales activities, finding jobs with current and prospective clients for eligible candidates.

- Willingness to learn various technological platforms is crucial to the current and future success of our clients and candidates.
- Education and experience can come from a variety of places. This typically includes a college degree, substantial customer service experience, strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. It can also come from areas we haven’t considered before.

The Practical Stuff
- We are based in Fishers, Indiana
- Our hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm. Some overtime will be required based on workload
