Maintenance Technician II – Direct Hire Placement
Location: Noblesville, IN
Pay: Starting at $30.00 per hour (higher depending on experience)
Job Type: Full-time, Direct Hire

 

We have been asked by a client in Noblesville, IN to help them find a Maintenance Technician II. In this role you will perform mechanical and electrical maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, complete preventive maintenance tasks, and help keep production operations running safely and efficiently.

 

Compensation, Schedule, and Benefits

  • Pay starts at $30.00 per hour, and our client will pay appropriately if you have the right experience.
  • Full-time schedule with flexibility for overtime as needed.
  • Full benefits package is provided directly by the client.

What Will You Do as a Maintenance Technician II?

  • Perform mechanical and electrical repairs on production and facility equipment.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues to reduce downtime.
  • Complete preventive maintenance and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with installations, adjustments, and equipment upgrades.
    Interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical documents.
  • Collaborate with production and maintenance teams.
  • Use maintenance software or systems to track work.
  • Follow all safety procedures and support a safe workplace.
  • Work overtime as needed.

 

What Qualifications Will You Have as a Maintenance Technician II?


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Technical training, mechanical or electrical coursework, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or automated production environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical degree or certification in maintenance, industrial technology, or a related field.
  • Experience with PLC-controlled or automated equipment.
  • Experience using CMMS or maintenance software.

Required Skills:

  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
  • Knowledge of machine controls, sensors, and basic automation.
  • Welding, fabrication, or machine shop experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work overtime when needed.
