We have been asked by a client in Fishers, IN to help them find a Packing and Kit Making Associate. In this role you will assemble boxes, package lawn-mower part kits, and prepare shipments with accuracy, care, and efficiency.
Pay, Hours, and Benefits
- Pay: $18.00/hr
- Hours/Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (Day Shift)
- Benefits: Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Dental Insurance, earned holiday pay
What will you do as a Packing and Kit Making Associate?
- Assemble cardboard boxes using tape and a tape gun
- Place lawn mower parts (including blades and small components) into a kit inside the box
- Seal completed boxes and stage them on pallets for shipping
- Maintain focus and attention to detail throughout the process
- Work with care to ensure product accuracy and quality
- Operate with speed and efficiency to meet production goals
- Follow written and verbal instructions reliably
- Demonstrate dependability and consistent attendance
What qualifications will you have as a Packing and Kit Making Associate?
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and safety-conscious work habits
- Ability to work at a consistent, efficient pace
- Previous light industrial or assembly experience is helpful but not required
- Comfortable standing, assembling, and lifting throughout the shift
