Job Full Description
We have been asked by a client in Westfield, IN to help them find Pool Cleaners. No prior experience is required. In this role you will perform hands-on outdoor work that includes cleaning, maintaining, and servicing residential and commercial pools while supporting seasonal renovation projects as needed. You’ll work independently or as part of a small crew to ensure pools are safe, clean, and ready for customer use.
Pay, Hours & Benefits
Pay: $18.00 per hour with no experience. If you have prior pool cleaning experience, pay can start at $19.00 or $20.00 per hour.
Hours: Monday–Friday, starting at 7 AM and typically finishing around 4 PM
Schedule: Daytime, no weekends; longer days may be needed to take advantage of weather

What will you do as a Pool Cleaner?
- Complete a scheduled route of pool cleaning and service visits
- Brush, sweep, and vacuum pools and spas
- Test and adjust water chemistry
- Empty skimmer and pump baskets
- Backwash or clean filters
- Support seasonal renovation activities such as cutting, caulking, sanding, painting, and basic liner preparation
- Use basic hand tools and power tools (preferred)
- Assist a small crew (typically 2–3 people) on renovation days
- Communicate repair needs, service concerns, or system issues to the team or customers
What qualifications will you have as a Pool Cleaner?
- Willingness to learn; no prior experience required
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather
- Strong work ethic and comfort with manual labor
- Ability to work longer days with overtime when required to take advantage of the weather
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Must pass background check and driving review
