Job Full Description
We have been asked by a client in Noblesville, IN to help them find a Packing Associate. In this role you will package finished products, support production efficiency, and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
Pay, Hours, and Benefits
- Pay: $18.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Type: Contract-to-hire (with permanent hire opportunity based on performance and fit)
- Benefits while on contract: Health, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance, earned holiday pay
What will you do as a Packing Associate?
- Packaging large glass fish aquariums up to 300 gallons by putting them on pallets for shipping
- Notify the Plant Manager or Production Assistant of any quality issues
- Follow standard work instructions and safe work habits to ensure production efficiency and safety
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Perform other tasks as assigned
What qualifications will you have as a Packing Associate?
- Prior shipping and packaging experience
- Strong assembly/kitting skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to stand, bend, and stoop for at least 8 hours
- Ability to frequently lift 35 lbs
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
