We have been asked by a Manufacturing client in Fishers, IN to help them find a Quality Analyst. In this role you will work hands-on with production and quality teams to inspect products, identify issues, and ensure everything leaving the facility meets strict quality standards. You’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly by catching problems early and helping drive practical solutions on the floor.
Compensation, Schedule & Benefits
- Pay/Salary: $22.00 – $23.00 per hour
- This is an evaluation hire job opportunity: assuming you do well, you will be hired by our client after 3-4 months
- Hours/Shift: 3rd Shift – 9:45 PM to 6:15 AM, Sunday through Thursday

What will you do as a Quality Analyst?
- Inspect products at startup, during production, and at final completion
- Check components, in-process materials, and finished goods to ensure they meet quality standards
- Make calls on whether products are acceptable based on defined criteria
- Identify, contain, and report non-conforming products before they move downstream
- Partner with production and support teams to resolve quality issues in real time
- Track and communicate trends or recurring issues
- Document inspection results clearly and accurately
- Use sampling plans and AQL standards to guide inspections
- Support corrective actions by verifying fixes and monitoring results
- Train and support team members on quality best practices as needed
- Use measurement tools like calipers, micrometers, and indicators
- Enter and manage data in internal systems such as SAP/PKMS
- Follow all safety guidelines and contribute to a team-focused environment
What qualifications will you have as a Quality Analyst?
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- At least 6 months of experience in a manufacturing or similar environment
- Strong attention to detail and a solid sense of accountability
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word
- Comfortable working with numbers, including fractions and decimals
- Experience using inspection and measurement tools
- Ability to stay organized and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work well with others
- A flexible mindset and willingness to adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to be on your feet, move throughout the facility, and lift up to 50 lbs
