Job Full Description
We have been asked by a client in Fishers, IN to help them find a Retail Counter Sales Associate / U-Haul Coordinator. In this role, you will assist customers with purchases, process transactions, and coordinate U-Haul rentals and returns while providing excellent customer service.
Pay & Schedule
- $20/hour
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
What will you do as a Retail Counter Sales Associate / U-Haul Coordinator?
- Greet and assist customers
- Process retail sales and customer orders
- Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries
- Check U-Haul rentals in and out
- Manage reservations and rental paperwork
- Handle payments and data entry
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Deliver outstanding customer service
What qualifications will you have as a Retail Counter Sales Associate / U-Haul Coordinator?
- Strong customer service skills
- Good computer and data entry skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Reliable and dependable
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Retail, front desk, or customer service experience preferred
- U-Haul or rental experience is a plus
