Shipping & Receiving Coordinator
Pay: $15-$20/hour | Full-Time
Job Summary:
Responsible for daily shipping and receiving operations, ensuring products are staged, loaded, dispatched, and received efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Stage and prepare products for shipment after Quality Control approval

Load and unload trucks using dispatch pick tickets

Dispatch trucks and coordinate deliveries
-
Receive materials from vendors
-
Maintain product cleanliness and quality
-
Communicate with customers regarding orders and deliveries
-
Assist with post-production duties as needed
Qualifications:
-
Self-motivated with strong organizational and multitasking skills
-
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
-
Ability to read production/CAD drawings
-
Experience using common construction hand tools
-
Good customer communication skills
Physical Requirements:
-
Frequent walking, standing, lifting up to 50 lbs
-
Climbing one flight of stairs regularly
-
Approximately 40% of work performed outdoors
