Tammy Shiner is a co‑owner of Express Employment Professionals in Covington, LA, bringing decades of leadership, financial expertise, and service‑driven experience to the organization. Her journey with Express began in December 2014, when she joined as Service Manager supporting both the Covington and Downtown Baton Rouge offices. In that role, Tammy became a trusted right hand to franchise ownership, overseeing operations and managing all financials with exceptional consistency—including maintaining approximately 90% accounts receivable for multiple years and contributing to Bronze office recognition.

An accomplished entrepreneur, Tammy also founded T‑Shine’s Cleaning Services, building a strong residential and commercial client base through relationship‑building and grassroots involvement. Her professional background includes more than 20 years in hospitality and consulting, highlighted by her tenure as Director of Guest Services at The Ritz‑Carlton, New Orleans, where she led a large 24/7 team and managed valet operations generating $1.3 million in annual revenue.

Having lived and worked through both 9/11 and Hurricane Katrina, Tammy brings resilience, discipline, and a people‑first mindset to her leadership. Outside of work, she lives in Mandeville with her wife, Darleen, and their two cats, Presley and Skittles.
