🌿 Groundskeeper Needed – Apartment Complex in Mandeville 🌿

Position: Part-Time Groundskeeper
Location: Mandeville, LA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 12:30 pm 
Compensation: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Maintain clean and attractive grounds

• Perform lawn care, including mowing and trimming

• Remove trash and debris from common areas

• Clean and prepare vacant apartments for new residents

• Assist with light maintenance tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Reliable transportation

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
