Now Hiring: Experienced Maintenance Technician
$23–$25/hour (Based on Experience)
Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
A well-established apartment community in Slidell is looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join their team. This full-time role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in residential maintenance, particularly in HVAC systems, appliance installation, painting, and sheetrock repair.
Key Responsibilities

Perform day-to-day maintenance and repair tasks across the property

Troubleshoot and service basic HVAC systems

Install and repair household appliances

Complete interior painting and drywall/sheetrock repairs

Respond to service requests and maintain property standards
Requirements

Proven experience in residential or apartment maintenance

Strong knowledge of HVAC, appliances, painting, and drywall repair

Ability to perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs

Must be dependable and able to work independently

Having your own tools is highly preferred
