$53K–$63K | Mon–Fri, 8–4:30 | Full Benefits

We’re seeking a detail-driven Accounting Administrator to keep our finances accurate and on track.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage A/P, A/R, reconciliations, and financial records

• Prepare balance sheets, income statements, and reports

• Assist with budgets and ensure compliance

• Support audits and inspections

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree + 5 years accounting experience

• Skilled in QuickBooks, Excel & Microsoft Office
