Action Packed Concessions Coordinator Position!
Pay: $18.00/hour - THIS IS NOT A SUMMER JOB! FULL TIME YEAR-ROUND!
MUST have a Valid Driver's License and be 18 years or older!
Hours 2PM-9:30PM - days of the week will vary
Job Summary
The Concessions Coordinator supports daily operations of Parks and Recreation concession stands, ensuring efficient service, strong customer experience, and compliance with health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day concession operations at facilities and events
- Help recruit, schedule, train, and support part-time staff
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve patron concerns
- Monitor and restock inventory; assist with ordering supplies
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and cash handling procedures
- Support sales tracking, reconciliation, and reporting
- Help coordinate concessions for events, tournaments, and programs
- Maintain clean, organized concession areas and equipment
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Experience in concessions, food service, retail, or parks & recreation preferred
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Valid driver’s license is required
- Background check is required
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs., and work indoors/outdoors in varying conditions.
