HVAC Maintenance Technician – Apartment Complex (Covington, LA)
Pay: $23/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Covington, LA
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician with an HVAC license to support a local apartment complex. This role involves general maintenance, HVAC servicing, and preparing units, including deep cleaning, for new residents.
Responsibilities:
- Service and maintain HVAC units
- Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the property
- Handle tasks such as painting, sheetrock repair, and minor appliance repairs
- Assist with grounds maintenance
- Prepare and deep clean apartment units as needed
Requirements:
- Valid HVAC license (required)
- Experience in general maintenance and repairs
- Ability to troubleshoot and fix minor issues independently
- Must have your own basic tool kit
- Reliable and able to work full-time schedule
